Assembly, Build and Testing of Models and Full Size Vehicles for Wind Tunnel Testing

We have a 500m² workshop area set up for precision assembly of scale wind tunnel models and full-size vehicles in preparation for testing.

We also build mechanical assemblies and rigs for various test situations.

Our core work is the manufacture, assembly and testing of wind tunnel models and associated components from 33% scale to full size.

Our assembly work includes:

Supporting wind tunnel testing with model/vehicle installation and component changes
Full size vehicle set up and preparation for track testing
Supporting wind tunnel testing with model/vehicle installation and component changes
Instrumentation of model and car components to measure loads and pressures acting on specific areas (floors, wings, correlation rakes)
Other mechanical test rigs and assemblies
Pre-fit and test preparation of parts and assemblies to ensure efficient and effective testing
